The PneuGage is Versa Controls' flagship pneumatic gauging system — a rugged, 7-inch touchscreen display that converts air-tooling (plug gauges, ring gauges and multi-jet fixtures) into a repeatable, operator-friendly measuring station. It is designed for shop floors that rely on air gauges for bore, taper and ovality inspection but want the speed, data and traceability of a modern digital gauging display.
Air gauging is prized for sub-micron repeatability, self-cleaning of the measured surface and long tooling life. The PneuGage adds the intelligence: it displays six channels simultaneously, applies your result formulas for diameter, taper and ovality, grades parts into up to 25 bins and calculates SPC (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, Sigma) live as you measure. That makes it a complete precision gauging solution for high-volume automotive, bearing and precision-machining lines — and a cost-effective Indian alternative to imported air-gauging columns.
Because it speaks RS-232 to Fanuc controls and carries 7 digital outputs and 8 digital inputs, the PneuGage drops straight into in-process gauging and gauging automation cells, signalling accept/reject and machine-stop conditions to your PLC or CNC. One-touch reports export to PDF, CSV and DFQ (Q-DAS) over LAN, Wi-Fi or USB.

What is a pneumatic gauging display?
A pneumatic (air) gauging display reads the back-pressure or flow from air-gauge tooling — plug or ring gauges — and converts it into a precise dimensional reading. The PneuGage handles up to six air channels at once and shows diameter, taper and ovality with live SPC on a 7-inch touchscreen.
How many air channels does the PneuGage support?
Up to six pneumatic channels, so you can check several dimensions on a single part in one cycle (multi gauging). You can also combine channels using the on-board result formula editor.
What accuracy and resolution can I expect?
